On November 7th half of the eleventh graders that take IB Art went to the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The second half went on November 19th. The trip is coordinated by the 11th-grade art teacher Mrs. Mahoney “in preparation for an artwork research project that we will be starting soon called the “Comparative Study”. We will be comparing and making connections between art from different time periods and across different cultures.”. Student outlook on the MET trip has been one hundred percent positive with the majority of students saying something along the lines of “I thought it was really fun to be able to explore art in real life rather than on a screen. I also really appreciated the new perspective that the art gave me about different cultures”- quote from an anonymous student.

Hi I am Hudson Millie Caradonna. I am a writer and photographer for The Clinton Post. I originally joined the post to only take pictures but I now write about the little quirks that make our school so great. A fun fact about me is that my family has been farmers since as far back as our family documentation goes. At least one member of my family at all times has been a farmer.
